The Greek islands of the North-East of the Aegean Sea offer to the eye of the visitors an abundance of thousand-year-old olive-trees, between their mountains decorated with immense pines, their beaches still little attended for some and their crystalline water… We are in Greece, on the islands of Lesbos and Thassos
The outside temperature is still soft in mid-November… A feverish excitation agitates the insular olive growers: the olives matured on the trees wait delicately to be gathered. Eleven million olive-trees (either as much as the Greek population!) raise their knotty trunks and their silver plated gray branches on the island of Mytilini (Lesbos).
From each new harvest is born an extra virgin olive oil, pressed cold, in a traditional way.
I select all the products personally, in order to ensure you a constant quality. The specificity of the oils presented on this site is a delicate olive taste, particularly fruity, which will shine upon all your culinary preparations.
